Shadikey uses OTP-based login β€” there's no password to reset. Simply open the app, enter your registered mobile number, and request a new OTP. If your number has changed, contact support.
After approval, refunds take 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. UPI/wallets are fastest (1–3 days), while credit/debit cards take 5–7 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Yes! Deleted accounts can be restored within 30 days of deletion. Contact our support team with your registered mobile number and reason for restoration. After 30 days, account data is permanently erased.
